The 84th Annual Academy awards ceremony ended in high fashion in LA last weekend, and was followed by several after-parties, including the landmark Vanity Fair Oscar Party, and tennis stars were among its celebrity guests.

When it comes to the dazzling world of Hollywood and high fashion, Maria Sharapova and Williams Sisters are the best representatives of tennis, and the Vanity Fair party wasn’t an exception, as these ladies looked amazing on the red carpet.

Maria Sharapova opted for a neutral feathery creation courtesy of Alexander McQueen, from Spring 2012 Collection coupled with Alexander McQueen horn heel platforms. Though the dress sparked much of a hype and debates, I believe Maria is such a gorgeous girl that she looks eye-popping in almost any frock.

Venus and Serena went along with the trends and selected beautiful bright colored custom-made dresses by Christiane King.

Venus Williams looked simply stunning in her pink and purple one-shoulder gown was amazing, showing some leg, while Serena rocked the red carpet in a deep yellow mermaid-style dress with a cut-out back which emphasized her curves magnificently.

In addition to the tennis divas, another celebrity well-known to tennis fans was seen among the Vanity Fair guests, Brooklyn Decker, the supermodel wife of U.S tennis pro Andy Roddick looked simple yet sophisticated in her elegant dress upon arrivals to the post-oscar bash.
